We are proud of our community-based practice dedicated to service of your oral health needs and quality dental care. Our main priority is to improve oral health of our patients, and the provision of a safe environment. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office, as you are family.
APPOINTMENTS
You may contact our office by email for an appointment, or phone at 404.688.2223. Emergencies and walk-in visits are welcome, especially for new patients seeking a health home or experiencing discomfort.
FINANCIAL
We are able to process most insurance forms, and assistance to help you understand associated benefits, procedures and co-pays. For major dental services CreditCare is available at our facility. On a case-by-case basis for patients without insurance, we may be able to tailor a payment plan. Checks, cash, or most major credit cards are accepted forms of payment.
CANCELLATION
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask simply that you provide us with a courtesy call. We DO NOT CHARGE a fee for cancellations with a 24 hours notice.
